The Internet has had as much impact on job searching as it has on the rest of the world. Like any other method of finding a job, however, it has its own pitfalls which you must be aware of.

Sites vary in quality and services offered. Most offer a search facility allowing you to search for job title, salary range and location. The better one allow you to save your searches.

Beware that once you you send your CV by email, what happens to it is beyond your control. It may even land on the desk of the employer you're trying to leave!
